These terms apply as soon as you create an account or use Vega. They are written plainly; if a question remains, write to contact@vega1.app.

Vega builds mobile apps (React Native and Expo) from what you describe in a chat. You see your app in a live preview, you can read and edit its code, then download it.
You need a valid email address. You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. One free account per person: safeguards limit the creation of accounts in bulk.
Each request to the AI uses credits; the preview never does. The credits offered at sign-up and what each plan includes are shown on the Pricing page.
Paid plans are not open yet. Their terms of sale (price, payment, renewal, cancellation) will be added here when they open, before any payment.
You remain responsible for your requests and the apps you create. Not allowed: illegal, deceptive or hateful content, content that infringes the rights of others, and any attempt to get around the limits of the service.
A request may be refused or put under review. In case of abuse, the account may be suspended. To report abuse: abuse@vega1.app.
The code of your apps is yours: you can use it, edit it, download it and publish it with your own Apple and Google developer accounts. Vega does not guarantee that an app will be accepted by the App Store or Google Play.
We do our best to keep Vega running without interruption, but cannot guarantee it. The service may be paused for maintenance or to protect users. A request that fails does not use credits.
You can delete your account from the Account page. Download your code first: deletion is permanent.
These terms may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; if something important changes, we tell you by email or in the studio.
